  • Include your account email and order number
  • Provide a brief reason for the refund request
  • Submit your request within 7 days of the initial purchase

3. Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services used beyond the 7-day guarantee period
  • Renewal subscriptions
  • Add-ons or additional services purchased separately
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Refunds requested after account suspension or termination

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused portions of prepaid services. Contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.

6. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, your account will be immediately suspended. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

7. Service Cancellation

Canceling your service does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds are only available within the 7-day guarantee period for new customers. After cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
