This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Skyzer Hosting / Skyzer Cloud ("we", "us", "our").

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. 24-HOUR MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

You are entitled to a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

This guarantee only applies if:

  • No violation of our Terms of Service has occurred
  • The service has not been abused or misused

If these conditions are met, you may request a refund within the first 24 hours after purchase.

2. EXCEPTIONS & TERMS OF SERVICE VIOLATIONS

If you violate our Terms of Service, you forfeit your right to a refund, even if the request is made within the 24-hour period.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Abuse or misuse of services
  • Illegal activities
  • Server or system manipulation
  • Circumventing imposed limits or safeguards

In such cases, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

3. REFUNDS AFTER 24 HOURS

After the 24-hour period has expired, refunds are generally not provided.

Exceptions may be made only in proven cases such as:

  • Severe or extended server downtime
  • Data loss directly caused by an error on our side (infrastructure or staff)

The decision to grant a refund in these cases is at our sole discretion.

4. NO REFUND FOR CHANGE OF MIND

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Voluntary cancellation of the service
  • Lack of usage or dissatisfaction without technical fault

"I don't want the service anymore" is not considered a valid reason for a refund.

5. REFUND PROCESS

All refund requests are reviewed and processed manually.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval
  • We reserve the right to request evidence or logs to verify refund claims
  • Refunds may be denied if sufficient evidence is not provided
