These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Skyzer Cloud ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using any service offered by Skyzer Cloud, you ("client", "user", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. SERVICES

Skyzer Cloud provides game hosting services (including but not limited to Minecraft servers) and bot hosting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account
• Maintaining the security of your login credentials
• Any content, data, or actions performed on your services

Skyzer Cloud is not responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse resulting from compromised accounts, weak passwords, shared credentials, or unauthorized access.

3. DATA & BACKUPS

Skyzer Cloud does NOT guarantee data retention.

We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, accidental deletion, or overwriting of files.

Backups, if offered, are provided as a convenience only and are not guaranteed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups.

By using our services, you acknowledge that data loss can occur and agree that Skyzer Cloud is not liable under any circumstances.

4. NO LIABILITY

Skyzer Cloud is provided "as is" and "as available".

We are NOT liable for:

• Data loss
• Downtime or service interruptions
• Loss of revenue, profits, or virtual items
• Damage caused by software, plugins, mods, bots, or user actions
• Actions taken by third parties or other users
• Anything that happens on your server, bot, or account

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyzer Cloud shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Illegal activities under any applicable law
• Malware, botnets, DDoS tools, or exploitation
• Copyright infringement or pirated content
• Abuse, harassment, or threats
• Crypto mining or excessive resource abuse
• Hosting content that violates third-party terms (including Mojang, Microsoft, Discord, etc.)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if violations occur.

6. MINECRAFT & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

You are responsible for complying with:

• Mojang / Microsoft Terms of Service
• Discord Terms of Service (for bot hosting)
• Any other third-party software or platform rules

Skyzer Cloud is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or Discord.

7. RESOURCE USAGE

Each plan has defined resource limits. Exceeding these limits may result in:

• Performance throttling
• Temporary suspension
• Termination

We reserve the right to take action to protect platform stability.

8. TERMINATION

Skyzer Cloud reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate any service at any time
• Terminate accounts without notice for ToS violations
• Delete data after termination without recovery

Users may cancel services at any time.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
