1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Skyzer Cloud services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Skyzer Cloud services for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose without explicit permission
Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Skyzer Cloud
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring your use of our services complies with applicable laws
Not using our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

5. Payment and Refunds

All fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase. No refunds will be provided for partial months or after the 7-day period.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Skyzer Cloud or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
